AbstractAn efficient way of how some parallel algorithms of asynchronous cellular automata simulation can be mapped onto the architecture of a modern 32-core computer (4×Intel Xeon X7560) is investigated. An example is a model of the CO+O = CO 2 reaction on the surface of palladium particles.
