AbstractIn this paper we solve the problem of mapping of fine- grained algorithm to graphical processing unit (GPU). Synchronous, asynchronous, block-synchronous and probabilistic cellular automata and explicit scheme of PDE are used as examples. Different implementation variants and their performances are presented.
