Experience
now A senior researcher at the Computing Center of Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
April 1
1977
Dr. degree in computer science.
June 30
1968

Research interests
Debugging and monitoring of distributed systems, runtime support for distributed programming, distributed algorithms and parallelism.

Present research areas
Investigation of causal relationships of events in distributed computations.
The underlying relationships are the core of the class of control programs, whose basic purpose is to observe or to detect properties of a program to be analyzed.

Current projects
  1. Development and studies of the methods of analysis and debugging of parallel programs with nondeterministic behavior.
  2. The programming of parallel programs requires specific development, debugging and analysis tools, which are part of the global environment that is aimed at simplification of all the phases composing the life cycle of a palallel application.
