This conference was jointly organized by the Computing Center of the Siberian Division of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Novosibirsk) and the St.-Petersburg State Technical University.

The Conference attracted 98 participants from around the world. Authors from 23 countries submitted 103 papers, of which 27 were accepted as full papers, 20 were accepted as short papers and 9 were accepted as posters.

Original papers only have been accepted for the Conference, each submitted paper was reviewed internationally by at least three referees. All communications have been accomplished electronically, including papers submitting, reviewing and printing of the originals.
